Sambalpur: Jitendriya Haripal, the male voice of Sambalpuri cult song Rangabati, has reportedly decided to enter the poll fray as an Independent candidate from either the Sambalpur Lok Sabha or Assembly seat.
The Padma Shri is a popular face, especially in western Odisha. Sambalpur will go to polls in the third phase, on April 23.
