Rapper ‘Diddy’ Promises To Ban Women From Entering His House If Granted Bail

New York: Ahead of the sex-trafficking trial against him, Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ has made a fresh appeal before the trial court, promising to restrict the entry of women in his house if granted bail.

Diddy’s lawyers have stated that the rapper will not allow any woman other than his mother and the mother of his children to enter his house.

The rapper also promised to undergo weekly drug tests and not to influence any witness or meet any ‘co-conspirator’ related to his case, if he is granted bail.

Diddy has so far submitted three appeals praying for overturning the order of a New York judge to detain him in custody till the trial begins.

Earlier, his lawyers had proposed a $50 million bail package and also pleaded that the rapper would submit his passport and be under 24 x 7 surveillance if granted bail.

However, the judge rejected the appeal, labelling the rapper as a “flight risk” and a “danger to the community”.

Diddy has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and forcing women into prostitution. He  is also charged with blackmailing women by recording sexual encounters with them, which he called “freak offs.”

The next hearing will be held on October 9.
