Mumbai: After weeks of speculation by viewers and social media users about Salman Khan favouring singer Amaal Mallik and veteran actress Kunickaa Sadanand in the ‘Bigg Boss 19 house’, the host finally addressed the issue in the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode.
Reacting to allegations of being ‘soft’ on Amaal, Salman said that he has been most harsh on Amaal and has said a lot of things to him which was not aired.
“Yes, I’ve bashed Amaal the most, but not everything goes on air. Some of the things I’ve said to him are personal remarks that I wouldn’t say to anyone else. This doesn’t mean I’m partial towards him,” clarified Salma, setting the record straight.
Salman didn’t stop there. Addressing the buzz over his favouritism towards Kunickaa, he said that the intention is to guide contestants in the house, and not take sides or favour anyone.
“All the contestants are evaluated on their actions, aggression, and approach,” Salman said, clarifying that his appreciation or criticism is not biased.
The host made it clear that Abhishek Bajaj, and not Amaal, was lauded the most this season.
On the latest Weekend ka Vaar episode, Salman schooled Nehal Chudasama and Tanya Mittal for targeting wild card contestant, Malti Chahar for no valid reason.
He also schooled Tanya for playing sympathy card and for crying over silly things.
