Mumbai: A viral video featuring a woman dragging a man has sparked widespread speculation online, with fans wondering if it is linked to the climax of Aneet Padda’s upcoming film ‘Shakti Shalini’.
Though there has been no confirmation from the makers yet, the clip has generated major buzz and heightened excitement around the film.
The video circulating on X features a woman tying his leg to a rope attached to a horse after dragging a man.
The viral clip has left netizens wondering if it’s a hint about Aneet’s role and whether the scene is related to the intense storyline teased during ‘Shakti Shalini’s announcement.
As per a Mid-day report, director Aditya Sarpotdar wrapped up the horror-comedy on May 27 at Chitrarth Studio in Powai, where the team shot a grand sequence celebrating the protagonist’s triumph over evil.
Speaking about the last day of the shoot, a source shared, “Massive sets depicting a Rajasthani village and the interiors of a house were built. The sequence shows the village people, especially women, celebrating the defeat of evil.”
The footage received positive reactions online, with many fans expressing excitement over the character’s intense and action-packed avatar.
A fan commented, “The film looks like it will be great and enjoyable, I just hope the visual effects aren’t overdone, and we will see a masterpiece.”

‘Shakti Shalini’ was officially announced last year during Diwali celebrations.
The title teaser, showcased alongside ‘Thamaa’, introduced the central character with striking descriptions such as “The Protector,” “The Destroyer,” and “The Mother Of All.”
Besides Aneet, the film also stars Nana Patekar, Vineet Kumar Singh and Vishal Jethwa in prominent roles. The film is slated for a Christmas 2026 release.
