Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for 19 districts of Odisha till 5.25 pm on Tuesday.
Thunderstorm along with lightning, light to moderate rain with wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph may occur at one or two places in the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Ganjam, Gajapati, Khurda, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Boudh, Sonepur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Nayagarh, Sambalpur and Sundargarh.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and move to safer places to protect themselves from thunderstorms and lightning strikes.
