Berhampur: Ganjam Collector Vijay Amrit Kulange on Sunday asked the officials concerned to take up health screening of the owners of the shops selling grocery, vegetables and other items in the district.
“As some cases of contamination of coronavirus by such shop owners have been reported, health screening of these people is necessary to prevent further spread of the killer virus,” Kulange said.
The collector said this while addressing the medical officers of the district through video conferencing. He advised the doctors to further streamline the health services for the public. Doctors can play a great role in converting red zones into green zones, he said.
