Mumbai: Actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has reportedly sold four luxury apartments worth ₹16.17 crore in Mumbai’s Andheri West area.
Documents accessed by IndexTap revealed that three of the apartments are located on the 18th floor and one on 19th floor in the Oberoi Sky Gardens project’s Lokhandwala complex.
The first apartment on the 18th floor, spread across an area of 1075 sq ft (built-up area), has an agreement value of ₹3.45 crore.
Located on the same floor, the agreement value of the second apartment, with a built-up area is 885 sq ft, is Rs 2.85 crore, while the third apartment, spread across an area of 1100 sq ft. on the 19th floorn has been sold for ₹3.52 crore.
The fourth apartment, a duplex located on 18th and 19th floors, is spread across an area of 1985 sq ft. and has been sold for ₹6.35 crore.
The sale deeds were registered on March 3, 2025, as per the report.
After marrying American singer Nick Jonas, Priyanka moved to Los Angeles in 2018. The couple has a daughter named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
The actress keeps visiting Mumbai to meet her mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth Chopra. She was recently in the city to attend her brother’s wedding.
On the work front, Priyanka will be sharing screen space with Mahesh Babu in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming project.
