Bhubaneswar: Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s scheduled visit to Phulbani in Kandhamal district to address a public rally on Tuesday has been cancelled.
Temporary in-charge of Odisha TS Singh Deo T S Singh and OPCC president Niranjan Patnaik will address the gathering in his absence, party sources said on Monday.
