Mumbai: Background dancer-turned-actor Raghav Juyal is on cloud nine after delivering a stellar performance in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut ‘The Bads of Bollywood’.
After collaborating with Aryan, Raghav is now shooting with Shah Rukh Khan for the upcoming film ‘King’.
Asked how he feels having worked with both Aryan and Shah Rukh, Raghav joked that the Khan family will soon be adopting him.
Sharing his experience of working with Aryan and SRK, Raghav said, “Mera aur Aryan ka combination bahut deadly hai. Mostly we made our scenes on the spot. Our thought process is quite similar in doing comedy. While he would enact the scenes and show to others how he wants it, he wouldn’t do it much with me. I don’t know what trust he had in me.”
“I have a lot of injuries in my body, so one day we were together and he was asking me about my health. I told him that sir meri saari chotein aapki wali hain, bas aapka jaisa paisa aa jaye aur, and he started laughing,” Raghav added.
“Abhi wo mujhe adopt karne wale hain bas,” quipped Raghav, when asked about being lucky to have worked with the entire Khan family.
Glad that his acting is getting recognised, he said, “After Kill, I got 400 scripts. My team got tired going through them all, but all I was looking at was the writing and the director. I have decided not to take up any work jiska koi kaam na ho.”
“I want to be the biggest superstar of the country. I was the side dancer with (actors) Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in ABCD 2 (2015), and my dream now is to be the lead in ABCD 3,” he added.
Revealing what went behind his scene with Emraan Hashmi, where he sings the song ‘Kaho Naa Kaho’ from Murder (2004), Raghav said, “It’s a crazy one. Ab wo gaana mera ban gaya hai. Aryan and I had planned this before, but it was the first time it happened in front of Emraan sir. He is a serious and committed actor, and he didn’t leave the character even when the scene happened, even though everyone in the crew was laughing. Aryan was also covering his mouth and laughing through the scene.”
